Derventio Housing Trust

With the strapline "Derventio Do More", this amazing Derby-based charity truly lived up to its name!

Thanks to a £2,739 grant from Focus Foundation, 182 people in supported housing across Derby and Derbyshire experienced a brighter, more hopeful Christmas.

Many of these individuals have faced homelessness, insecure housing, and multiple challenges, made even harder by the cost-of-living crisis. Our funding helped Derventio Housing Trust provide food hampers filled with festive treats, ensuring no one was left without something special on Christmas Day.

Beyond the hampers, Derventio’s incredible team can continue to provide essential mental health support, helping people rebuild their lives.

As Louise from Derventio put it: “I hope this gives you a sense of just how much your support means to us and, more importantly, to those whose lives you’ve touched.”
