Our people really do care
Day-to-day operations are overseen by an experienced and highly qualified senior management team who have a profound dedication to improving the lives of people affected by homelessness and housing problems. Our staff team is made up of more than 70 dedicated and talented people working in the areas of housing, support, skills development, property acquisition, human resources, finance, fundraising and communications.

We are members of the Housing Ombudsman Service and are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing.
