Derventio Housing Trust is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company providing effective solutions to homelessness and poor housing issues.

We carry out a range of activities to maximise the housing options available for disadvantaged and poorly housed people. Our services include:

Property Management Services – Social lettings agency
Milestone House - Emergency accommodation and assessment centre
SmartShare – Shared, supported accommodation for vulnerable people
SmartSteps - Supported housing for prison leavers
SmartSupport – Assistance for families at risk of losing their home

We also provide a variety of volunteering and training opportunities.
