On-Call Emergency Number
The best way to get hold of your Housing & Support Officer is by phone or text. Use the number you have been given to contact them directly or call the main office number.
You can also email info@derventiohousing.com or use the contact form on our website. If you get in touch outside normal working hours we will get back to you on the next working day.
If you feel that the issue cannot be left until the next working day, use the on-call emergency number. This number can only be used if:
- You need to report an emergency repair that cannot wait until the next working day
- You are suffering harassment or abuse
You can find the emergency number for your area in your sign-up pack and on the noticeboard in your home.
