The Growing Lives trip to Matlock was a great success and truly a positive day for everyone involved.

The participants enjoyed a lovely scenic walk, taking in the beautiful surroundings, followed by a delicious fish and chips lunch that everyone appreciated.

The atmosphere was cheerful and relaxed, with plenty of laughter and conversation throughout the day.

It was wonderful to see all participants engaging and enjoying themselves, making the outing a memorable experience for the whole group. 😊🚶‍➡️🚶‍♀️‍➡️

What a fantastic day on Tuesday at Growing Lives where the participants thoroughly enjoyed some festive felting to start the month off. Thanks to Coralina's Community Crafts for hosting the event, giving up your time and teaching the participants how to make the festive crafts such as a Christmas pudding and a snowman.

There were also opportunities for staff to get involved in the session by also making their own Christmas pudding and enjoying the festive crafts with the participants.

Coral’s extended generosity was also greatly appreciated as she left 10 made up bags of felt and accessories for participants to make more Christmas puddings at a later date.

Thanks again Coralina's Community Crafts for hosting the event We’re so grateful for the joy and creativity that you brought. It was the perfect way to kick off the festive season, and the invite is always open to host another session.
