Support Coach

We are looking for an individual to work with vulnerable people to encourage a positive lifestyle, build personal resilience and enable them to live independently in the community.

Your excellent communication skills will complement your advocacy skills, flexible person-led approach, and your ability to work on your own initiative, as well as working as a part of a team.

You will provide support to build self-esteem and confidence, assisting people to develop healthy lifestyles, home and life skills and to work towards independence, sustainability of tenancies, and participation at our Growing Lives project.

We are an β€˜Unlock Your Future’ champion, which means that we consider all applicants on their merit and not on their past.

  • This is a full-time post at 40 hours per week.
  • Remuneration packages commensurate with level of experience
  • You must be prepared to undergo a DBS check
  • A valid driving licence and use of vehicle for work purposes is essential
