Learning and Development Coordinator

Location: Derby

Salary: Dependent on skills and experience circa £30-40k

Positions: 1 full-time 40 hours per week

Derventio Housing Trust is at the forefront of supported housing solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills that complement their passion for empowering others through learning and thrive on developing and delivering training programmes that drive positive change.

The successful candidate will have experience in designing, delivering, and managing training programmes. Derventio is looking for someone who understands the adult learning principles and can tailor training content to suit various learning styles, ensuring the programs are engaging and effective. The ability to create both personal and digital training materials will be an asset, as will an awareness of homelessness.

An ability to work on your own initiative as well as working well as part of a team is essential.
